REPUBLIC of SOUTH CAROLINA

‘London and Edinburgh are formally operating as separate administrations, breaking the powerful civil service links that used to bind Scotland into the rest of the United Kingdom… The country’s most senior civil servant has disclosed that the election of the SNP has brought an end to the informal contacts that used to be commonplace between the Scottish Executive and UK government.’ In fact, ‘there could be a formal move to drop the title Scottish Executive and replace it with Scottish Government. …The creation of a separate civil service and renaming the Executive – both of which would have to be agreed at Westminster – had angered UK ministers.’

Considering that most of the national majority of South Carolina is at least part Scottish (Scots-Irish or Ulster-Scots), this move towards secession of the Scottish people from the British union while their Celtic cousins here in South Carolina are held in this Federal “union” they long ago voted to leave should provoke some thought among our general population. Who is really free?

The mass influx of out-of-State retirees and transplants on the SC coast is not only driving up land and housing prices, draining water resources and leading to encroachment on natural habitats, it is now threatening an ancient South Carolina native – the loggerhead turtle. The Southeast is one of the two major breeding grounds in world for these amazing animals. Also to blame for the decline of the loggerheads is over-fishing, especially by the Third World.  ‘The problem is growing because the demand for seafood is increasing, there are more fishing boats from developing countries and fishermen must travel farther from shore to find fish, said Barbara Schroeder, the sea turtle coordinator for the National Marine Fisheries Service.’

‘Gallup’s annual Governance survey shows that trust in the federal government has continued to decrease this year after showing noticeable signs of decline the past two years. Now, Americans generally express less trust in the federal government than at any point in the past decade, and trust in many federal government institutions is now lower than it was during the Watergate era, generally recognized as the low point in American history for trust in government.’

What have they done in the last several decades to earn our trust? Flooding us with cheap labor from the Third World is not going to win us over, that is for sure. That is what they seem to be best at – not guarding the borders. Well, come to think about it, they are pretty good at taxing us to death, blowing our money, signing trade deals that give our jobs away, over-turning our democratically elected laws in their courts and over-seeing the total destruction of our once world’s-best educational system. No wonder they are so popular!

Another Occidental nation is being assaulted by violence from Muslims. In this case it is a small European country in the Balkans. Muslim violence is increasing across Europe these days, with Europeans normally on the defensive. ‘Macedonian police have clashed with supporters of an ethnic Albanian party outside parliament after rival MPs exchanged blows inside the building… Activists from an opposition party had blocked roads to parliament after rival ethnic Albanian deputies clashed during a debate over electoral reforms. An ethnic Albanian uprising almost led to a civil war in Macedonia in 2001… The 2001 uprising resulted in six months of clashes that ended only when Western powers brokered a peace deal. The deal guaranteed greater rights to the ethnic Albanians, who account for roughly 25% of the 2m people living in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.’

Muslims (in this case they are from Albania) are twenty-five percent of the population there now and Macedonia is constantly on the verge of war. Imagine, as their numbers grow (as they are doing across Europe, America and the entire Occidental world) how the situation will probably develop. Given the trends, it does not take a genius to forsee what is likely going to happen there, folks.

The dollar has fallen to a new all-time low against the euro, taking a significant plunge recently. ‘Figures showed that US consumer confidence has fallen to a near two-year low, while house prices have seen the sharpest drop in 16 years.’

This shakey system is showing more and more signs of cracks. The falling dollar, coupled with the housing-market bust at hand, the largest immigration influx in our history and a failing war to occupy a large Middle Eastern nation have the situation for the Federals looking rather bleak at the moment.

‘In further bad news for the US economy on Wednesday, orders for durable goods, which include everything from washing machines to commercial jets, fell by a bigger-than-expected 4.9%.’

It combines forum debate and conversation with a ton of pro-Southern information and updates. We have recently been made aware that ‘Dixie Republic’ is hosting a book signing, bluegrass, brunswick stew event at on the 17th of November, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Authors Donnie Kennedy, Brian Cisco, Dr. Clyde Wilson, and Jim Kibler have all confirmed. This is a major pro-South event, folks. With their recent additions, ‘Dixie Republic’ now is the world’s largest Confederate store! So, they have plenty of space to host the event. This is one we all need to mark on our calenders and make a special effort to attend. How often do you get to meet all these prominent Southern patriots and authors AND eat great Southern food and hear some great Southern music?!?!

It’s going to be held on HWY 25 North in Travelers Rest, SC. This is just north of Greenville, SC – between Greenville and the NC border. Remember: November 17th!

The South Carolina League of the South has been flagging (protesting and waving Confederate flags) Steve Spurrier and now John McCain as well. Both men, neither of them South Carolinians, have publically called for the removal of the flag from the SC Statehouse grounds. Below is a picture from the protest.
