Coming soon is the first world-wide ‘Confederate Toast.’ This will take place on the 26th of April at 8pm Eastern Standard Time. Patriots and supporters of the Southern Cause will take a moment on this day of many memorials to the Confederate dead to honor the 300,000 fallen heroes with a toast and a silent prayer. If you do not drink then you are urged to just honor a moment of silence at 8pm on the 26th. Thanks for your help in spreading the word and making this small gesture on behalf of the fallen heroes.

‘For participants in the state’s immigration reform effort, the upcoming ban on illegal immigrants in public colleges is a logical step. It makes no sense, they say, for South Carolina to educate people who cannot legally work here. It merely encourages them to stay.’

This article attempts to provoke sympathy for the illegal aliens in South Carolina – those who are part of a tidal wave that is turning many small towns in the Palmetto State into virtual little “Mexicos.” Thankfully, the SC government seems at last to be taking at least some small steps to slow the invasion down.

If value is based upon scarcity, then privacy is no doubt at a premium in America these days. Here are two news stories from mainstream sources that document well the government’s infringement on our basic rights as free citizens of a supposedly free country. One documents the FBI spending one billion dollars to build a huge database with all our personal information - including palm prints, eye scans, tattoo mappings and more. The other story comes from south Florida, where the local authorities are working with the Feds to fly small spy-drones throughout the city and countryside. Imagine walking along with a small government spy-drone flying overhead, recording your every move. Well, that is soon to be a reality for the people of Miami and south Florida. Land of the free, home of the brave? More like land of the closely watched, scared rabbits.

“The South Carolina Senate amended H 3212, the Right-to-Carry recognition bill, changing it to a conditional reciprocity bill. As passed by the House, this legislation would have required South Carolina to recognize all valid Right-to-Carry permits held by residents of all other states that issue such permits. With the Senate amendment, the bill now will require South Carolina to recognize valid Right-to-Carry permits held by residents of other states, provided the permit issuing process of the other state requires the permittee to undergo a criminal background check, as well as pass a course that teaches firearm safety. While the legislation does not go as far as the House version, it will greatly increase the number of states whose permits South Carolina will now recognize, as well as the number of states that will recognize a South Carolina permit. “

This is an extremely important and timely issue. South Carolinians stand to potentially expand their liberties. We urge all concerned about their rights to contact their officials and say so!

On this very day in 1862 the Federal Government of the United States of America was busily and efficiently waging total war against the State of South Carolina, her citizens and land, as well as the rest of the South. On this exact day, the US Federal Government was killing and wounding Southerners, destroying Southern agriculture, robbing Southern banks, blockading Southern ports, burning Southern courthouses, depots and private homes and in general doing its best to starve the people. In fact, Washington, DC was doing these same things on this very day in 1863 as well. And also in 1864, etc. And it did all of this… to forcibly preserve a political union we had voted to leave. Let us not forget this.

Pat Buchanan has made himself more than clear on how he views John McCain. McCain has said, ‘There’s going to be other wars. … I’m sorry to tell you, there’s going to be other wars. We will never surrender but there will be other wars.’
